For many of our clients, we have been providing them with legal advice pertaining to company law since they first launched their businesses. In this domain, the role of the lawyer goes beyond the writing of company agreements. The decisive factor is the tailoring of the corporate form to the economic activities of the individual client, whether as business partnership or a capital company.
Company Law and Corporate Foundations
In this context, we provide consulting on restructuring companies, surveying the relevant business sectors, creating the necessary contractual legal basis (e.g. managing contracts, creating employment contracts for leading employees). We also represent shareholders against the company and or the interests of minority shareholders.
In the case of acquisitions, we handle sale negotiations for the buyer’s or seller’s side, produce due-diligence documentation, and support clients after the completion of the acquisition in integrating the acquired company into the existing company.
